Height and weight (either imperial or metric is fine)
Body: from the highest point of the shoulder to the lowest point of the body that you want the jacket to cover
Sleeve: from the acromion bone (the bony protrusion at the top of the shoulder) to the wrist
Shoulder: between the two acromion bones
Chest: around the fullest part
Waist: around the fullest part, near the lowest ribs
Hips: around the fullest part
